PREMIUM COACHING

For the leader who is ready to cultivate their leadership skills and/or navigate a career transition with resilience, strength, and authenticity. All clients will receive the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI). Options of three, six and nine months are available.

POWER SESSION

This one-time session of up to two hours is designed for the leader who has a very specific problem they want to tackle and needs someone to help them design the solution, give encouragement, and set them up for success.
